You can tell a lot about a candidate just by asking what they are looking for in a new job. I’m finding that great candidates are looking for a certain attribute in their future company.

New Year’s Resolutions get a bad rap each year – there is always more hype on how we don’t keep our resolutions, rather than how we can.
